2. What data we process

We process only what is needed to arrange introductions and communicate: contact details (email, phone, region), information given in enquiries and applications, voluntarily provided profile information, and technical access data (timestamp, browser, IP address in server logs).

3. Purposes

Handling enquiries, pre-checking and introducing suitable companions, quality assurance, abuse prevention, meeting legal obligations, and operating and securing the website.

4. Legal basis and minimum age

We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). By using our services you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell personal data. Disclosure occurs only where necessary, for example to technical service providers (hosting, email delivery) or where legally required. We have data protection compliant contracts with our processors.

6. Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under applicable law you have, in particular, the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data.

8. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

9. Changes

We may adapt this policy if legal or technical requirements change. The version published on the website applies.
