1. Scope

These terms apply to all users and applicants who make use of DeinGigolo Switzerland's services through the website.

2. Description of the service

DeinGigolo Switzerland is purely an introduction platform. We do not provide premises, on-site infrastructure or companions of our own. We organise selection, the initial introduction, discretion and support.

3. Access and minimum age

Use is permitted exclusively to persons of full age (18+). By submitting an enquiry or application you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. How introductions work

Public profiles are text-based. A contact enquiry leads to a curated selection. There is no entitlement to an introduction, to availability, or to a meeting taking place.

5. Terms for companions

A subscription of CHF 350 per year applies to companions. Billing begins only once the profile has gone live.

6. Obligations of users

All information provided must be truthful and complete. Unlawful content, harassment, applying pressure, impersonation and misuse of the platform are in particular not permitted.

7. Liability

We are liable within the limits of statutory provisions. We accept no liability for acts or agreements between persons who have been introduced. DeinGigolo Switzerland owes an introduction service, not the success of a match.

8. Data protection

Our privacy policy applies in addition.
