Who we're looking for

Not the loudest profile, but the most coherent one. We look at calm presence, punctuality, awareness of discretion, the ability to handle friction, and clarity in communication. Someone who can read a room, end a conversation gracefully and respect boundaries without being reminded belongs here.

Looks aren't the criterion. Our profiles are text-based and describe bearing, manner, languages and interests. That also means you won't be chosen on a photo, but on the way you describe situations.

Languages are a real advantage. German and English are the baseline. Anyone who speaks French at working level is interesting for Geneva and Lausanne, where the selection is small and demand steady. Italian helps in Ticino and at international occasions.

That isn't a marketing number, it is the consequence of the vetting. Most don't fail on the person but on the fit: unclear communication, unreliability around appointments, or an expectation that doesn't match a discreet, social setting.

We deliberately take on few people. A small, vetted catalogue is worth more to clients than a long list, and pays better for you, because fewer profiles compete for the same enquiries.

How the vetting runs

First review

We look at presentation, communication style, reliability and awareness of discretion — already visible in how an application is written.

Personal conversation

Then we talk in person. Here we establish whether you can conduct yourself professionally and respectfully in a sensitive setting, and what you expect yourself.

Verification

Identity and consistency of the details given are checked before a profile goes live at all. Only then do you go online.

What the subscription covers

CHF 350 per year, billed from go-live — not from application. It covers operations, security, support and development of the platform. We take no commission on meetings that come about. What you agree with a client is your business.

That is deliberate: a commission would create the incentive to arrange as many meetings as possible rather than the most suitable ones. How the platform is funded overall is set out openly on how we are funded.

What we don't promise

There is no entitlement to enquiries. How many reach you depends on region, languages, availability and how clearly your profile is written. In the Zurich region the volume is highest; in smaller regions fewer come in, but often better prepared.

We also provide no premises and no infrastructure. We pass on contact, review enquiries before they reach you, and stay reachable in the background. The full conditions are in the terms.
